Maison Margiela offers a complimentary return service for all orders placed in the UAE within 15 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return invoice to ensure a seamless verification process at our atelier.

  Schedule Collection

  Arrange a complimentary courier pickup through our portal or contact our UAE customer service team to select a preferred time and location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved by our specialists, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
